Bel Weber (b. 1996) is an illustrator and visual artist from Metro Manila. Through her digital work, she explores themes of introspection, the process of destruction to healing, and the tie of the female experience. She draws inspiration from strange, alien-looking fauna, cartoons, and childrens’ picture books.
